At JDM New York, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your item isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange unworn merchandise within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they remain in pristine condition during transit.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy until your refund or exchange is processed.
